A Different Thread is a transatlantic collaboration between Alicia Best (Durham, North Carolina) and Robert Jackson (Midlands, England). The two met busking in Ireland, a chance encounter that sparked a musical journey that spans over nine years, a dozen countries, and two studio albums. Their original songs weave elements of Celtic balladry with Appalachian blues to create an original blend of Folk/Americana.
This will be another opportunity to hear the band A Different Thread in person and to enjoy the company of others in a beautiful setting.
