Forgiving Yourself
Forgiving yourself serves as a foundation that allows you to extend compassion and forgiveness to others. Feelings of self-doubt and low self-esteem are barriers to our relations with others. Taking responsibility for our mistakes and accepting our limitations can move us toward greater self-acceptance and forgiveness.
