Keeping Calm and Carrying On
The 2024 Election Results changed everything - and at the same time it didn't. How can I manage my disappointment, frustration, anger, and fear? I need to learn to cope in an altered mental landscape where my assumptions are challenged. How do I carry on when I see the future slowly sliding into the abyss? I will share my coping mechanisms with you and ask you to share your ways of dealing with this new reality.
