Existing Amid Loss, War, Oppression, and Injustice
My head spins - coping with personal loss, bombarded by tragic war, conflict, and persistent oppression and injustice. I am at times overwhelmed into inaction and despair. I alternate between paralysis and seeming futile attempts to move toward positive change. My humanist ideals give me hope yet I am frustrated by my inability to act effectively. I will share my rise from despair and how I am able to cope.
