My Experience with the American Ethical Union (AEU)
The American Ethical Union was founded in 1889 as "a federation of Ethical Culture societies and fellowships in the United States." It has existed, in one form or another, since then. I will talk about the history of the AEU, my experience with the AEU in different roles, and suggest that it is the perfect time to reimagine the AEU - what it does and what it could be.
There will be two follow-up meetings to brainstorm the future of the AEU on Tuesday, April 12 at 8 PM and Thursday, April 14 at 10:00 AM. All are invited to participate in these meetings.
