Dear Members and Friends,
Please join me in a ZOOM conference on Friday, April 10, 2020 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM for an informal check-in and conversation. For this meeting, I invite participants to bring a photo to use as your Zoom background or be prepared so share it on your screen. Share why you chose the photo and the story behind the photo.
You do not need to join the call at 2:00, feel free to drop in anytime. The ZOOM invitation is included at the end of this message.
To join a Zoom meeting, you can go to the Zoom website (zoom.us) or click on the "Join Zoom Meeting" link in your meeting invitation, where you'll be prompted to run the Zoom app, which you can install via the ZoomLauncher.zip file that automatically downloads. This will allow you to connect video and sound from your computer or smartphone. You can also dial-in by phone via the phone numbers included in the invitation (audio only). The Zoom application is being updated to increase security. You may need to use the Meeting ID and Password to access the meeting.
I realize that ZOOM technology is new for many of you. I will be on the conference early and will be able to help people get on the videocall. You can also call me at 919-490-6304 for assistance (try to do so before the meeting).
