Ethical Culture has 12 Core Values that we aspire to live out in our daily lives. Among those values are the ideas that we are part of a greater world community that depends on the cooperation of all people for peace and justice. We also accept responsibility for our choices and our actions. Felix Adler, the founder of Ethical Culture, held the philosophy that good works were the basis of an ethical life, more succinctly, to live a life of "deed before creed". A panel consisting of NoVES members will share how their volunteer work have responded to the call to do good works in our community.
