Today I find that many public figures that I once admired are mired in controversy. Clearly, each of us is capable of both good and bad actions - but where is the tipping point? When does bad behavior cross the line and eclipse the good that someone has done? It is easy for me to denounce politicians and celebrities that I do not know personally, but how do I respond to bad behavior by people that I know? When does forgiveness deserve consideration?
